The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring all customer invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible for tracking payments, managing customer accounts, and resolving billing issues.
- Responsibilities:_

1. Prepare and send invoices to customers on a timely basis

2. Resolve billing issues in a timely manner

3. Ensure accuracy of billing documents and customer information

4. Monitor accounts receivable aging reports

5. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure payment is received

6. Maintain records of customer payments and account statuses

7. Assist with month end closing procedures

8. Requirements

9. Minimum of 0 / 1 years of experience in billing department

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, )

11. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

12. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

13. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
