**Profile**: Billing Executive

**Experience: 1**+ years of experience in billing/ accounting tally

**Salary**: 18-20k

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day billing operations and invoicing through Tally.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and payable.
- Reconcile billing with purchase and sales records.
- Prepare and issue GST invoices, credit/debit notes, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure timely generation and dispatch of invoices.
- Maintain and update billing databases and reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in billing/accounts.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
