Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. Invoice Management:

  3. Handle billing for various subscription models (monthly, annual, usage-based).

  6. Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.

  7. Subscription Management:

  8. Track renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.

  9. Apply promotional discounts and special pricing correctly.

  10. Customer Communication:

  11. Address billing inquiries and discrepancies.

  12. Provide clear billing statements and payment instructions.

  13. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  14. Maintain accurate billing records and customer account information.

  15. Reporting and Analysis:

  16. Prepare reports on billing activities and revenue.

  17. Analyze billing data for trends and discrepancies.

  18. Compliance and Auditing:

  19. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  20. Assist in internal and external audits.

  21. System and Process Improvement:

  22. Optimize billing systems and implement automation tools.

  23. Collaborate with IT and finance teams for process improvements.

  24. Collaboration:

  25. Work with sales and support teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve issues.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in billing software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS billing practices and financial regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in billing or finance,
  • Familiarity with subscription-based billing systems and processes.
