JOB DESCRIPTION:
Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its branch. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch. Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth, guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals Training the branch staff / sales team on all the financial activities from time to time. Experience 4+ Years Gold loan NBFC/Private banking Gold loan Sector any finance industry with relevant product experience.

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
