
Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated **Customer Care Executive** to join our support team. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all broadband subscribers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and support tickets
- Provide accurate information about broadband plans, offers, and services
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate to the technical team
- Log complaints, follow up with customers, and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with field staff, NOC, and backend teams to resolve service disruptions
- Maintain call records, daily reports, and customer interaction logs
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- HSC or Graduate in any stream
- 1+ year experience in customer service (ISP or telecom preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication in Hindi, Marathi & English
- Basic understanding of internet services and broadband setups
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
