**Job Summary**:The Quality Representative is responsible for providing administrative and essential operational support to the Call Quality Monitoring program within LPC. This includes, but is not limited to downloading recorded calls for scoring, scrubbing calls for client or training needs, generating quality reports, assist audit preparations, and other administrative tasks as required.

**Essential Job Duties**:

- Identify and download recorded calls for Quality Specialists to score.
- Assist with scrubbing calls for training or client needs.
- Assist with data clean up and reporting as needed.
- Assist with the administration of process documentation, validation documents, and training materials as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience**:
**Minimum Required**:The Quality Representative ideally should have one or more years of prior office or customer service experience. Experience in an office setting or professional environment preferred.

**Recommended**:

- The Quality Representative will hold a minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
- The Quality Representative should also have the following skills:

- Basic analytical skills and conceptual ability,
- Ability to pay attention to nuances, consistently follow processes, and keenly solve problems.
- Excellent PC skills and able to easily navigate between multiple computer programs with dexterity.
- Ability to interact with employees at all middle levels, and departments,
- Ability to work independently,
- Express thoughts and instructions clearly in both verbal and written communication; i.e. uses grammatically correct, concise language.
- Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
