- Lifetime Health is a leading home care app-based company that offers a wide range of healthcare services, including phlebotomy, nursing, and medical device services, delivered right to the doorstep of patients. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Representative to join our team, focusing on B2B sales and marketing efforts to establish and maintain partnerships with doctors and clinics.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research and Analysis**: Identify potential doctor's offices, clinics, and healthcare providers in the target area. Conduct market research to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement a strategic plan for approaching doctors and clinics to promote Lifetime Health's services. This includes identifying key decision-makers and influencers.
- **B2B Sales**: Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinic administrators, and other healthcare professionals. Pitch Lifetime Health's services and benefits, highlighting the convenience and quality of our home care offerings.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on all of Lifetime Health's services, including phlebotomy, nursing, and medical devices, to effectively communicate their value proposition to healthcare providers.
- **Networking**: Attend healthcare-related events, conferences, and meetings to expand your network and identify potential business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and content targeted at doctors and clinics. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Negotiation and Contracting**: Negotiate terms and agreements with healthcare providers, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships. Prepare and finalize contracts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- **Data and Reporting**: Keep detailed records of sales activities, partnerships, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and opportunities.
- **Training and Education**: Provide doctors and clinic staff with training and educational materials about Lifetime Health's services and how they can benefit their patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Relevant experience in interacting and on boarding doctors/ Hospitals for collaboration.

**Salary**: Up to ₹33,131.65 per month

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pharma: 1 year (preferred)
- 1 Year(Medical Representative ): 4 years (preferred)
