**Position**: Sales Executive
**Reporting to**: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. in **Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering**
**Experience**: 3-5 years in **industrial sales (automation, CNC machines, metrology, or industrial equipment)**
**Salary Range**: ₹4 - 6 LPA (based on experience & location)
**Locations**:
- **South Region**: Karnataka (Bangalore, Hosur, Hubli, Belgaum)
**Role Overview**
The **Sales Executive** will be responsible for **field sales, client visits, lead generation, and supporting senior sales managers** in achieving business targets. This role involves extensive customer interaction and execution of sales strategies defined by senior leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate new leads and opportunities in **automation, CNC machines, metrology, and industrial equipment**.
- Conduct **regular client visits**, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Work closely with the **senior sales manager** to prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Support in **achieving sales targets** for the assigned territory.
- Maintain and update **CRM/sales pipeline reports**.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with **customers and channel partners**.
- Collect **market intelligence** on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Diploma / B.E. in **Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering**.
- **3-5 years of sales experience** in automation, CNC, metrology, or industrial equipment.
- Good knowledge of **manufacturing processes & automation tools**.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under guidance and achieve defined targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Should own a **two-wheeler with a valid license** (preferred).
