The incumbent will be:

- Responsible for driving the overall P&L, planning, growth and direction for Core Infrastructure Services & Strategic Initiatives practice
- Drive the outcomes to deliver a strong India based offshore delivery function with business winning mindset and strong regional/global alignment
- Create digital IT infrastructure services strategy, architecture, methodologies and standards of governance to drive competitive growth.
- Lead organizational change management to drive efficiency and agility through implementation of best practices in aspects that include but not limited to organization structure, shoring for effectiveness, delivery model improvements, SLA adherence etc
- Design, solution and deliver service engagements that meet the client needs and help them achieve desired benefits of our service offerings
- Provide thought leadership to technical architects to fabric the digital services sales process and play a key role in winning new clients and expanding our footprint in the current customer base. Work with Exec level client teams as part of a bid process to understand and address business hotspots and required outcomes
- Provide direct guidance to solutions team by shaping the service offerings to significantly increase agility, innovation & operational excellence while maintain world class security & compliance in service operations
- Coach and develop Technical Architects to deliver high quality solutions on large complex deals which involve multiple service lines and/or technology domains to define solution vision, value proposition and transformational direction building on the synergies and benefits across NTT portfolio
- Manage an active program of new services creation around Infrastructure, Public and Hybrid Cloud offers and Cyber Security and constantly improve the “standards” for effort estimations and transformation ideas
- Create innovative commercial and pricing structures that encourage the delivery of continuous service improvement, delivering business transformation and value for our clients and project and consulting revenues for NTT.

**Critical Skills & Abilities**
- Strong industry experience with Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider in a strategic role to shape organization for delivering compelling services and solutions
- Strategic planner & thinker with ability to drive change and optimize global delivery
- Demonstrated competency in providing leadership & direction in regard to cross functional aspects of technology development. Experience of setting up Centres Of Excellence and setting standards, creating new services, developing & managing partner eco systems
- Strong leadership skills, experience of leading global teams and working in an on/offshore model

Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively and influence Client CxOs to build enhanced service offerings
- Fluent in contemporary technologies, including machine learning, cloud, digital, analytics as well as legacy technologies

**Min Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s in computer engineering, information technology or related field
- 20+ years of experience in IT filed with at least 15+ years in building and managing Global Infrastructure Architecture, Consulting, or Outsourcing organizations.
- Experience in leading global engineering teams
- Experience in leading technical solutions
