Responsible for developing and executing the company's overall sales strategy to drive revenue and growth. Key duties include leading and managing the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing market trends, creating sales forecasts, and managing the sales budget. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with key clients, collaborating with other departments, and reporting on sales performance to senior management.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership:Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to achieve company objectives and expand market share.
  • Team management:Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
  • Sales performance:Oversee sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Business development:Identify new business opportunities and maintain and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Budget and forecasting:Create and manage the sales department budget and develop accurate sales forecasts.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:Work with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and brand strategy.
  • Market analysis:Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement.
