We’re inviting an experienced business leader to join us as SVP & Head – Customer Success, a Co-Builder role with Equity and Profit Sharing. No fixed salary at the start — ideal for entrepreneurial professionals who want ownership and long-term growth instead of a typical job. About Speedtech.ai: We’re an 11-year-old tech company pioneering Generative AI from India, with strong traction in the USA, Canada, UAE, and India. Our products: RAIYA Voice AI (Telephony & Concierge): Conversational voice assistant for lead generation, qualification, and 24/7 support RAIYA IDP (Intelligent Document Processing): Reads and structures unstructured documents like RFPs, contracts, and reports Our growth goals: ₹100 Cr revenue target in 3 years Expansion to 100 countries IPO within 5 years Your Role – SVP & Head, Customer Success: Build and lead the Customer Success function across all Speedtech.ai products Drive customer onboarding, training, adoption & long-term retention Establish strong relationships with enterprise & SME clients to ensure product value realization Build scalable CS processes including account management, support, NPS, and renewals Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to ensure customer feedback influences roadmap Create upsell, cross-sell & expansion opportunities through deep customer engagement Lead customer satisfaction, churn reduction, and revenue retention metrics Represent Customer Success in strategic discussions, alliances, and funding conversations Who Should Apply: 10+ years in SaaS, tech, or startup leadership Strong enterprise or SME business network Proven track record in revenue growth and team building Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to co-build What’s in it for you: Equity + Profit Sharing Strategic influence over business direction Opportunity to build a global “Made in India” AI brand Freedom to grow with a passionate founding team If this sounds like you, DM me to discuss how we can build something iconic together.
