**GM/AVP Regional Sales** *** Summary Experience Required: **10 - 14 Years** **Location**: **Bangalore** Category: **Telecom** VP Regional Sales_ Telco Roles and Responsibilities - Lead the company’s business development and partnerships initiatives across Telcos, ISPs, and OTTs for Digital Ads/data monetization in the given region. - Work with SVP - Telco Sales to develop and execute the company’s regional partnership strategy and roadmap to rapidly expand the company’s target audience/footprint for Digital Ads. - Work with SVP - Telco Sales to build the regional annual operations plan and achieve revenue targets & other business KPIs. - Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships between Telco and ISPs at leadership and operational levels. - Ensure speedy launch of the company’s services/platforms. - Maintain day-to-day relations with all partners and conduct joint monthly/quarterly performance reviews. - Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the partner experience. - Act as the point of contact and handle partner needs. - Work with internal teams to resolve issues and complaints so as to provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. - Manage weekly/monthly performance reporting and revenue reconciliation with all partners. - Work closely with the Ad Sales and Ad Ops teams to ensure achievement of the revenue targets. - Leverage existing partner relations to grow the company’s business including but not limited to getting partners to also use company’s/its DSP partner Ad platforms for purchasing programmatic ad inventory. - As needed, Build, train and lead a regional partnerships team focusing on business development and business operations in the assigned region. Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge - Min 10 years of experience in Telecom, Digital partnerships, Digital Transformation, and/or digital advertising space. - A proven track record of managing partnerships and/or leading business operations with Telcos or within a Telco. - Experience building, training, and leading substantial-sized sales/business operations teams a plus. - Understanding of the telco ecosystem from both a business and technical perspective. - Good Understanding of digital advertising ecosystems. - Proven track record of Commercial management and handling revenue portfolios > 20Mn USD. - Exceptional interpersonal skills - able to communicate with C-level executives, Product managers, technical leads, and executives within Telcos and ISPs. - Fluent in the English language is a must, however strong command over a 2nd language; Arabic, French, Vietnamese and/or Bahasa a plus - Creative and energetic, Self-starter, Numbers oriented.
