Role Overview The District Admissions Manager/Officer will be responsible for driving student enrollments within the assigned district by promoting the university across schools, colleges, and community platforms. This role involves managing admissions outreach, achieving annual targets, organizing events, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to strengthen the university's presence. Key Responsibilities Admissions & Enrollments Achieve yearly student admission targets for the assigned district. Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. Maintain accurate student inquiry and conversion records. Outreach & Branding Promote university brand across schools, colleges, coaching centers, and community forums. Distribute and manage brochures, flyers, digital campaigns, and other promotional material. Represent the university at education fairs, seminars, and district-level events. Event Management Plan and conduct awareness programs, orientation sessions, and admission drives. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of district-level campaigns. Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with principals, faculty, and influencers in schools and colleges. Act as the key contact for district-level admission-related activities. Reporting & Coordination Provide weekly/monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and outreach activities. Work closely with the Director Admissions to align with university-wide targets. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred). 35 years of experience in admissions, student outreach, or sales & marketing. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
