Role summary: Manage day-to-day processing of applications, student counseling, enquiry to enrolment conversion, document verification, and coordination with finance & academics. Key responsibilities Handle enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins), counsel students & parents on programs and scholarships. Review & process applications, transcripts, and offer letters. Maintain applicant data and update CRM with outcome/status. Coordinate admissions events, entrance tests, counselling schedules. Assist finance & registrar for fee receipts, bursar coordination, and onboarding. Required Graduate; 13 years in college admissions or student services. CRM familiarity and strong communication. KPIs Application to offer conversion 75% monthly. Response SLA: initial contact within 4 hours; follow-ups per SOP. Document accuracy: 0% errors in processed files. Enrolment yield: Achieve target yield for assigned programs.
