Position Title: Admissions Associate Department: Admissions Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admissions Administrative Assistant to support our Admissions team with day-to-day administrative and data management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and possess excellent English communication abilities. Key Responsibilities - Update, maintain, and organize admission-related data in internal spreadsheets and the CRM system. - Assist the applications team with reviewing student documents, uploading files, and managing application status in the data panel. - Coordinate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of student information. - Generate and manage reports related to applications, student status, and follow-ups. - Support the admissions team with communication and documentation as required. - Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive student data. - Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation of the admissions process. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative or data management experience. - Strong command of Microsoft Office - Technically sound and quick to learn new tools and platforms (CRM or database systems). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. - A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
