Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Admissions Support Officer, based in Kochi. The Admissions Support Officer will be responsible for assisting prospective students, managing admission processes, providing customer support, and addressing queries. Additional responsibilities include assessing application data, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth admission procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves offering guidance and support to applicants throughout the admission journey and adhering to established policies. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with students, parents, and internal teams. - Proficiency in Customer Service and Technical Support to assist with inquiries and resolve admission-related issues. - Analytical Skills to assess application data and ensure compliance with admission criteria. - Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Experience in admissions, counseling, or related fields is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. - Proficiency in using admissions software and tools is an advantage.
