Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales, located in Bengaluru. The AVP of Sales will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, managing account relationships, driving business development efforts, and optimizing sales operations. The role requires developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
  • Experience in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Should be responsible for Karnataka region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the education or tech industry is preferred
  • Open to extensive travel
