**Responsibilities**:

- **Property Sourcing**: Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities through market research, networking, and collaboration with property owners and agents.
- **Negotiation**: Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms for property acquisition, including price, financing, and other relevant terms.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and other factors influencing the property market.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and collaborative experience.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, analyzing legal, financial, and physical aspects to assess investment viability.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote properties, attract potential buyers, and close deals successfully.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents to facilitate smooth transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, property owners, and internal team members.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and other relevant information to make informed decisions.
- **Networking Abilities**: Proven ability to build and maintain a robust network within the real estate industry.
- **Results-Driven**: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
