Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.

**Profile introduction**:
As a Real Estate Sales/Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and closing real estate deals. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, sourcing potential properties, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential real estate opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate developers, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers through various channels.
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions in a timely manner.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful real estate sales or sourcing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
