**Salary**: - 25,000-40,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -7 years of experience in sales, sourcing
- Minimum experience: -2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing

Education: -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Sales/Sourcing Specialist in Real Estate with [Your Company Name], you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and sourcing lucrative real estate opportunities. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in sales and sourcing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue potential real estate opportunities through various channels, including networking, market research, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct property evaluations, market analyses, and due diligence to assess the viability and profitability of potential deals.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for property acquisitions, sales, and leases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for marketing and selling properties.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, sourcing, or business development within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, property valuation methods, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
