**Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sourcing opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- **Sourcing**: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality products/services.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels and convert them into profitable business relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in fulfilling client requirements.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and proposing strategies for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Solid understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
