-Partner management: Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and other sources to expand the company's network and ensure a consistent flow of leads.

 Lead generation: Generate qualified leads through the partner network, direct sourcing efforts, and promotional activities like exhibitions and events.

 Sales and conversion: Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and track their conversion to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Market intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory.

 Internal collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to align sourcing efforts with project launches, offers, and campaigns.

 Performance tracking: Monitor partner performance, track lead walk-ins and conversions, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

 Business development: Identify new avenues for business and explore untapped markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹800,000.00 per year
