We are looking for a highly experienced Sourcing Manager - across our products - from choosingthe right farmers, producers, and manufacturers, managing inventory, planning, dispatch, negotiatingprices, analyzing market trends, reducing wastages, increasing fulfillment, and working as theextension of the sales team.We're looking for a high-performing and efficient candidate to help us meet our targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.By closely collaborating and working with the core team in a high-paced start-up environment, you will be responsible for crafting plans and executing the same. We are keen on finding someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and entrepreneurial. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):-Lead sourcing efforts across all offerings – find the best quality and price and direct producer sourcesCoordinate quality control and analysis of all productsResponsible for converting sales leads into orders through best sourcing, pricing, and qualityResponsible for inventory management, storage, and packing practices, to ensure quality is enactedResponsible for purchase planning, wastage/shrinkage managementCoordinating across teams to ensure efficiency from logistics to complianceQuick turnaround time for sourcing leads Requirements -MBA or BA degree, or equivalentRelevant work experience in the same or related field – Organic PreferredDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Key Skills:-organic/grocery/farm sourcing background Deep knowledge of sourcing food, products, farm connects, cost analysis, cost planning, inventory planning, management, quality, control, quality analysis, organic certification process, and complianceWell-versed with Organic Certifications and Compliances (NPOP, NOP, FSSAI, TCs, APEDA)
