Job Title: Sourcing ManagerIndustry: FMCG (Experience in the Food Industry is Mandatory)Reporting To: VP PurchaseJob Summary:Candidate having strong experience in food manufacturing procurement, responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and raw material planning. The role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely supply of ingredients and packaging materials, and maintaining compliance with company and statutory standards. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in SAP / Tally ERP, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the food supply chain, from sourcing to payment cycles.Key Responsibilities:1. Vendor & Customer Management (Internal & External)2. Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization3. Process Improvement & Supplier Performance4. Financial & Working Capital Management:Skills:Expertise in SAP / Tally ERP systemsStrong negotiation and analytical abilitiesKnowledge of GST, TDS, and procurement complianceExcellent communication and vendor management skillsProven record of achieving cost efficiency and supplier performance improvement
