
Dealer Sales Executive

**Job Overview**
We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive our dealer network expansion and generate new leads for our Vastu Veneer & Laminates Sheets. In this role, you will actively engage with potential dealers and customers in the field, build strong relationships, and support the achievement of sales targets. A deep understanding of our product range and market dynamics is essential.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Field Sales Activities**:
- Actively engage in field sales by visiting potential dealers and generating new leads.
- Drive order acquisition through effective on-ground customer engagement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to resolve any inquiries or issues.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement and strategic order acquisition.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activity, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of Vastu Veneer & Laminates Sheets to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in field sales, dealer management, or direct sales roles, preferably within the interior, furniture, veneer, or laminates industry.
- **Competencies**:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed sales decisions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with a willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
