**Duties**:
Oversee the entire presentation process.
Ensure all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate between different departments to gather necessary information.
Ensure the presentation aligns with the project goals and objectives.
Manage the timeline and deadlines for the preparation of the presentation.
2. Presenter
Deliver the presentation to the audience.
Engage with the audience and maintain their interest.
Clearly articulate the project's objectives, processes, and outcomes.
Prepare and rehearse the presentation script.
Handle questions and provide answers during the Q&A session.
3. Content Developer
Create the content for the presentation, including text, graphics, and data.
Ensure the content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the project goals.
Develop a narrative that flows logically and highlights key points.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing slides.
5. Technical Specialist
Provide technical support during the preparation and delivery of the presentation.
Ensure all technical equipment (e.g., projectors, microphones, and computers) is functioning properly.
Assist with any technical issues that arise during the presentation.
Prepare and test any multimedia elements, such as videos or interactive content.
6. Coordinator
Schedule meetings and rehearsals for the presentation team.
Communicate with all stakeholders about the presentation details.

7. Timekeeper
