**Video shooter & editor -**

Capturing high-quality video footage and editing it into a polished,

engaging final product.

**1. Pre-Production and Planning**
- Collaborating with the copy writer and marketing team to understand the vision, purpose,

and target audience for the video.
- Scout locations (if necessary) and determine the technical requirements (lighting, audio

setup, etc.).

**2. Shooting**
- Knowledge and skill of shooting with an iPhone, ensuring each shot is composed well,

properly lit, and in focus.
- Capture multiple takes or angles to provide flexibility for the editing phase.
- Adjust lighting, and audio based on the environment to maintain high-quality footage.

**3. Post-Production Editing**
- Editing the footage, adding cuts, transitions, colour grading, audio mixing, and visual effects

as needed.
- Ensuring the final video aligns with the intended style, pacing, and tone.
- Incorporating additional elements like graphics, titles, or captions.

**4. Technical Skills and Equipment Knowledge**
- Proficiency with camera equipment, lighting gear, and audio tools.
- Strong knowledge of editing softwares (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci

Resolve).
- Understanding of colour grading, sound design, and effects to enhance video quality.

**5. Creativity and Story telling**
- Ability to tell a story visually through shot composition, transitions, and pacing.
- Enhancing the narrative with creative techniques like montages, slow motion, and impactful cuts.
- Developing a style that aligns with the brand or project’s aesthetic and emotional goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
