- **Client Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Understand their business goals and needs, and serve as their trusted advisor.
- **Account Strategy**: Create and execute strategic account plans for each client, outlining objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- **Product Expertise**: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, and guide clients in utilizing them to their fullest potential.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Identify opportunities for clients to act as references, case studies, or participate in marketing initiatives.
- **Retention and Growth**: Proactively work to retain clients and expand their usage of our solutions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, working closely with internal teams to ensure resolution.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and insights. Use this information to drive client success and improve their experience.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to ensure a coordinated and customer-focused approach.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Retail or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using telephony and chat platforms, as well as CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Fashion-forward mindset with an understanding of style trends and personal styling techniques.
- Ability to adapt to evolving sales strategies and customer preferences.
- Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
