**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - SaaS
**Location**: Kharadi, Pune
**Salary**: Up to ₹70,000 per month
**Experience Required**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in **Business Development / Sales** (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions)
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients for SaaS solutions
- Conduct online product demos and presentations to decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored SaaS solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports
- Work in alignment with US/International market time zones
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SaaS industry trends and competition is a plus
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
**Work Mode & Shift Details**:
- **Night Shift** - US market support
- **5 Days Working** (Monday-Friday)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
