**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - IT Services**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client requirements and present appropriate service offerings (e.g., web development, mobile apps, SEO, cloud services, digital marketing, etc.).
- Maintain and update CRM with lead activity and pipeline progress.
- Schedule **meetings and product demos** for the sales/technical team with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement and upselling opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing (preferably in IT or software services).
- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** in English and Hindi/Telugu.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
