**Job Description: Inside Sales Representative - Kannada Speaking**

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at A One Advisory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone and other communication channels to promote our services using well-structured scripts
- Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly
- Provide accurate information about our services and address customer inquiries
- Refer qualified leads to the field sales team when necessary
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
- Keep detailed logs of calls, customer interactions and sales outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, preferably through phone-based selling
- Proficiency with CRM software and telephone systems
- Quick learner with the ability to clearly explain and promote services
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, goal-oriented and able to handle objections and rejection
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or relevant experience in the finance domain is a plus.
- Proficiency in speaking Kannada

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
