Gm - New Product and Value Added Sales

**Strategic Planning & Execution**
To lead new products and value-added products sales across India Products to be handled: WST, PEX, PP Silent, Solvent, B & K, UGD etc.
To assess scope for new product & communication innovation.
Work with product management & R & D team to develop future ready products with high contribution margin.
Devise retail market penetration strategy for Ashirvad and ensure it is cascaded into the zones and regions.
Develop and implement the new product and VAP business plan, sales plan and budget for Ashirvad in India by collating and analyzing information received from zones and regions and analyzing market trends and forecasts.
Map the sales potential across different zones by analyzing historical data and future trends.
Work with sub-con team for developing sub-con model, quality control and timely supply Responsible for pricing & placement strategies.
**Reviews and Market Intelligence**
Conduct periodic reviews with the zonal teams to assess progress with respect to business plan and recommend course corrective actions, if any.
Track weekly sales revenue and pipeline growth to identify gaps, assess overall pacing to goals and formulate strategies to address areas of opportunities/challenges.
Provide timely feedback to Plumbing Head regarding revenue and profitability performance while leveraging sales force reporting tools and dashboards, risk to business plan, successes and sales activities.
Collect intelligence from sales team on competitor initiatives and create strategies to counter the same.
**Activations & Launches**
Identify and recommend new product lines/product improvements for the retail channel to plumbing head by collating opportunities across zones for new products.
Work with the Product Category Managers to ensure successful implementation of marketing activations, plans and promotions across the different geographies and ensure smooth launch of new products.
