Patient Planet is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Partner to join our rapidly growing home care company. As an industry leader with eight years of success, ISO certification, and registration with the World Health Organization (WHO), we are poised to expand and scale up our operations. The recent addition of a former director from the World Bank to our Board of Directors further enhances our expertise and credibility.

Position: Business Partner

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and expansion.

Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to drive company objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Provide strategic guidance and support to operational teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize profitability.

Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve service delivery, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Business Partner, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the healthcare industry.

Strong understanding of the home care sector, including market dynamics, regulations, and trends.

Excellent business acumen with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated financial acumen and proficiency in analyzing financial statements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
