**Job Title: Account Manager - US IT Staffing / RecruitmentWork Experience (mandatory) - 5 - 7 years in US IT Recruitment.**
**Work Experience (Preferable) Minimum 2 years as US IT recruiting Account manager.**
**Work Location
- IT SEZ ROAD, PM PALEM, VISAKHAPATNAM ,AP. Mandatory Work From Office**
**Requirement-Immediate Joiner (within 15 days).**
**Minimum Qualification - Bachelor Degree.**
**CTC- As per Industry Standards.**

**Job Summary**
The Account Manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts for defined countries or service lines within IT recruitment and Staffing practice. The Account Manager builds and manages key client relationships; and is responsible for top - line and bottom - line performance of the portfolio.

**Desired Profile: -**
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Must have worked with implementation Partners and direct clients.
- Work well under general supervision, yet be self - motivated and have the proven ability work independently
- Should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Must be willing to occasionally work additional hours to support the needs of the business
- Must be capable of maintaining a high level of productivity in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Should be a team player. Should be imaginative, creative, patient, attentive to details and analytical.
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships with Clients, Consultants/Resources and co - workers
- Should be strong in follow ups and Negotiation skills. Consultative in nature. Personable and approachable
- Polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good negotiation skills, Leadership skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage several different tasks at once.
- Should have knowledge on Jobdiva and other ATS
- Any bachelor's degree (MBA degree in HR (recruitment) is a plus).

**Responsibilities: -**
- Working on End to End recruitment process.
- Must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites and share them with consultants.
- Must be a self starter and an enthusiast to mobilize prospective consultants and get them on board through networking & cold calling
- Must Create and maintain assignment track sheets as per the company standards and submitting the same to Team Leader.
- Experience in working with Prime Vendors and Implementation Partners.
- Good Knowledge on US recruiting and US Tax terms like Corp to Corp, W2 and 1099. Experience working with Applicant tracking tools
- Must demonstrate high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
- Go through the resume you are going to market. Make sure you know every part of the resume and skills they have used in the projects.
- Post the resumes in the job portals, Keep updating the resumes on a daily basis.
- Search for the matching requirements in portals, internet and with your vendors.
- Submit to the best matching requirement and try to get interviews for your consultant.
- Make the preliminary Paperwork to prohibit the H1B transfers.
- Try to get the best rates for their respective consultants. Place the consultant in the best projects.
- Discuss the interview schedules with your consultants and be in touch with vendors or clients you work with.
- Preliminary Paperwork: Which is done before the interview schedule for the consultants.
- Account Planning: building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities, as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
