**Office Timings**: 9PM - 6AM

**Looking for Immediate or 1 Week Joiners**

**Responsibilities**:
*Develop and execute recruitment strategies for IT/Non-IT positions
*Source and assess top IT talent.
*Collaborate with HR and hiring managers.
*Source resumes from different sources like portals, references, social networking sites, and groups Conduct initial screenings for skill match and suitability,
*Good Communication Skills in English.

**Basic Requirements**:
*Graduation In Any Discipline
*Excellent Communication Skills
*Ability to achieve individual as well targets.
*Must possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.

*Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability.

**Salary**: ₹9,961.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- UK shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

**Education**:

Ability to Commute:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
