**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different IT Requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of US IT Recruitment Experience
- Experienced with sourcing resumes from job boards
- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills in English
- Ability to speak to US Citizens for various job opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
