**Title: Senior Technical Recruiter**

**Location: Remote**

**ADG TECH** is seeking Technical Recruiter with more than 6 years of experience in recruiting into US Staffing Industry.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Understand the ADG Tech’s vision, mission, goals and objectives
- Understand ADG Tech’s core capabilities and customers, past and present
- Help in gathering and coordinating information between team members from different project groups
- Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in recruiting for us staffing. Be able to demonstrate experience & proficiency in recruiting life cycle from receiving requirement, advertising on job boards/ social media, and screening of resume, basic technical screening, negotiation and closure.
- Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Various Visa etc.
- Extensive experience in Searching profiles on Job Boards through Boolean Search.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Drafting and Telephonic Skills
- More than 6 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Extensive experience in working with Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners and End clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Highest commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Proven ability to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to Source Resumes through multiple Job Boards
- Should have experience in Dealing all US Tax terms
- Should be Expert in Rate Negotiation

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
