**Tender Executive - Roles & Responsibilities**
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales executives.
- Participate in tender processes, including document preparation and timely submissions.
- Make cold calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing or databases.
- Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, documents, and communication.
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, yearly) as required by managers.
- Provide administrative support, including answering calls, contacting vendors, and calendar management.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with scheduling and documentation.
- Monitor departmental progress and contribute to sales strategy development.
- Create and present progress reports and suggest improvements.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with targeted sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product details, solutions, and the GEM portal.
- Support pipeline development to meet quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with sales and finance to create quotes and bid documents.
- Maintain and update a customer database for specific market segments.
- Oversee the order process from inquiry to invoice, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
- Research potential accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Expand sales within existing client accounts.
- Ensure proper follow-up by handing over qualified leads with full details and next steps.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
