CDSL IFSC Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), incorporated on March 30, 2021. It is a first and as of now the only foreign depository in International Finance Service Centre (IFSC) at Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
- We are looking for an MD & CEO for CDSL IFSC Limited who can charter its growth and transformation agenda.
- **Qualification & Experience**:

- Must be Graduate / Post Graduate along with any professional degree in finance stream.
- Experience in related fields for at least 15 years out of which latest 5 years’ experience should be at the leadership level position.
- Experience in GIFT City operations and IFSCA Regulations would be an added advantage.
- Required to fulfil the eligibility requirements under the Companies Act and IFSCA Regulations 2021.
- Ability to lead a Market Infrastructure Institution and ensure efficient and secure operations of the organization.
- Market savvy leader with an entrepreneurial approach and an innovative bent of mind to drive business in a regulated ecosystem.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and track record of strict adherence to compliance standards.
- **Responsibilities**:

- To work with the Governing Board to establish and execute a sustainable, practical and realistic strategic direction for the organization.
- To Identify business development and growth opportunities within the regulatory framework and drive effective implementation.
- To ensure compliance to all the internal, regulatory and statutory norms during operations, product and business development to mitigate potential risk and revenue losses.
- To develop and grow highly motivated, performance and result oriented workforce sensitive to culture and values of the Organization.
