Job Title: Junior MD Anesthesiologist

Hourly Rate: Rs 350 to Rs 500

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer anesthesia to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines post training.
- Monitor patients during surgery and post-operatively to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate closely with the surgical team to discuss patient histories, develop anesthesia plans, and evaluate potential risks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including pre-operative assessments, intra-operative monitoring, and post-operative care.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuing education programs and training to stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia techniques and patient care.

**Requirements**:

- MD in Anesthesia from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 1-year experience in anesthesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Valid medical license and registration.
