Position: Junior Account Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in managing client accounts, maintaining regular communication, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Support the sales team by conducting research, preparing proposals, and generating leads.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for client engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
- Assist in analyzing data to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to contribute fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment.
