Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Finance & Accounts Executive to support the day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career in finance and accounting while gaining hands-on exposure across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including vendor reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and expense claims.
  • Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by senior finance team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, CA Inter preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in finance and accounting (freshers with strong academic background can apply).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and basic financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Zoho/QuickBooks or any ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
