Junior Accounts Executive

The Junior Accounts Executive will assist in managing and maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role will support the senior accounting staff and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are identified and resolved.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and submit tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors regarding financial transactions.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the finance department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
