Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive who will handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in billing, e-way bills, Tally, SAP, and preparation of debit and credit notes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage sales and purchase bills accurately.
  • Generate and manage E-way bills for all transactions.
  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP and/or SAP.
  • Prepare and process debit notes and credit notes.
  • Handle vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing and dispatch-related queries.
  • Support the accounts team in monthly closing and audit requirements.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and SAP (mandatory).
  • Good understanding of GST, E-way bills, and invoice management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  • 13 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
