Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting financial operations, preparing and maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting in audits, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and helping with tax preparation and compliance. The role requires attention to detail, time management, and effective communication with different stakeholders within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of tax regulations, financial compliance, and auditing processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, MS Excel)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in financial management within IT or marketing industries is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic workplace
