**Job Description: Junior Accountant**
**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Experience**: 1+ years

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Operations**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
- **Auditing Support**:

- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Prepare necessary documentation and support data.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Indian accounting standards and tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,446.14 - ₹25,486.20 per month
