Client Services Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate information between clients and any relevant staff
- Proactively monitor all emergency and non-emergency calls for clients.
- Answer inquiries and follow up quickly to resolve issues in a timely manner. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify, research, and resolve client issues.
- Develop a rapport with the clients and vendors and maintain a positive relationship with open communication.
- Proactively seek to obtain and maintain documentation and supporting information required to properly invoice the client - such as sign offs, pictures, approved quotes, IVR compliance, etc..
- Work with billing to ensure that services are billed in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor, client team manager, director, etc.

**Skills**
- Should have excellent communication capabilities
- Basic computational skills and documentation management.
- Ability to prioritize workload and identify and focus on areas of significant impact.
- Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with limited margin for error.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external clients and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable with making and taking phone calls.
- Exhibits an eagerness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
