**Job Overview**:
As a Client Coordinator at Infinix360, you will be the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams. Your role is to ensure smooth communication, manage project timelines, and assist in the successful execution of client campaigns. You will help maintain client satisfaction and work with various departments to deliver results aligned with client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and project updates.
- Manage client relationships and build trust through consistent, transparent communication.
- Coordinate with various departments (e.g., SEO, Social Media, Content, and Web Development) to ensure deliverables are met.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to discuss project status, collect feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Assist in the creation and presentation of project proposals, reports, and performance reviews.
- Troubleshoot client issues and escalate concerns to senior management when necessary.
- Keep clients informed about the latest trends, strategies, and tools in digital marketing that may benefit their campaigns.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring that campaigns stay on track and within scope.
- Foster a positive relationship with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, PPC, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
