About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Coordinator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our clients and internal departments, ensuring that communication flows efficiently and that client needs are understood and addressed promptly. You will be responsible for managing project documentation meticulously, tracking progress, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that all client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Your ability to anticipate challenges, facilitate collaboration, and maintain clear and consistent communication will be essential in driving project success and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Workflow Management

  • Keep track of all ongoing graphic design and animation projects using a master project sheet to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and maintain the shared Google Drive, making sure all project files are properly named and updated.
  • Create clear workflows and processes to help the team work more efficiently and resolve issues quickly.

Quality Control & Content Support

  • Review final graphic design work to catch any spelling or grammar mistakes before delivery.
  • Use data to create clean and professional reports using PowerPoint and Canva.

Team Oversight & Reporting

  • Track how well team members are performing and identify any issues.
  • Prepare a monthly performance report for leadership, with suggestions for process improvements or team adjustments if needed.

Education & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required.
  • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Freshers are most welcome to apply.

Mandatory:

  • Candidate should be ready to work from office.
  • Candidate should be ready to relocate before start date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
