**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Coordinator and Auditor Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between our clients and auditors to ensure the timely and accurate filing of returns. Your primary objective will be to gather necessary information from clients, coordinate with auditors, and oversee the entire process to completion.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the filing of returns, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Liaise with auditors to understand the requirements for each client and establish clear timelines for data submission.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather all necessary financial documents and information from clients within specified deadlines.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of client data before submission to auditors, performing quality checks as necessary.

Monitor the progress of each client's return filing process, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

Communicate regularly with clients and auditors to provide updates on the status of return filings and address any additional information requests.

Maintain detailed records of all client communications, audit requirements, and submission timelines for future reference.

Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in client coordination and audit liaison activities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a tax consultancy firm or accounting department.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and auditors.

Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is preferred.

Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to client service.
